Hugh J. Russell

Hugh J Russell is a sculptor based in Portland, Oregon. He is creatively inspired by life's experiences as they relate to world events. He responds to the complexities of living, and draws from a variety of conceptual influences. His art then serves as a portal as he is drawn to make meaning of The Human Condition: birth, growth, emotionality, aspiration, conflict, and mortality.
